Meet Amiel!

Amiel is from Paris and moved to Los Lunas after living in Brooklyn, and he’s been in New Mexico ever since. He’s has been bartending with Heritage since 2017, and has experience working at Casa Estencia, Q Bar, and Botanic Bar. He recently came back after managing a speakeasy in 2025 to bartend at The Smoky Note!

🍹Favorite Drink: “My favorite drink on our menu is the Paper Plane, but I also love sharing my own creations with guests when they want something off menu.”
