This one hits a little differently. 💔
Back in 2015, when we were just getting Brewfest off the ground, Jason Wilson was one of the people who helped point us in the right direction. We had a million questions, a lot to learn, and honestly had no idea what we were doing. 😂
Jason took the time to answer those questions, share his experience, and guide us through those early days. He didn’t have to, but he did—and that kindness and willingness to help has always stuck with us.
From that very first Brewfest in 2015, Back Forty has been a part of our journey. Jason was there in the beginning, helping us find our footing, and we’ll always be grateful for that.
It’s hard to put into words how sad it is to hear that he’s gone. Forty-six is far too young.
Jason, thank you for helping us when we were just getting started. Thank you for believing in what we were trying to build and for being part of the Brewfest story from the very beginning.
Our thoughts are with Jason’s family, friends, and everyone at Back Forty.
Rest easy, Captain. 🍻💔
