Savoy Taproom is proud to the announce the return of Savoy alumnus Francesco Lo Sauro to Lark Street as Executive Chef!
After studying at the Culinary Institute of America, Francesco Lo Sauro first worked at Savoy Taproom as a line cook over ten years ago. Today, after holding positions locally at Lost & Found, The Bishop, Albany Ale & Oyster, & Pearls, and managing restaurants in Austin, Texas, we are excited to be welcoming him back as Executive Chef.
Chef's approach to food is particularly well suited to Savoy Taproom, where we have long focused on scratch-made, elevated versions of familiar bar and American comfort-food favorites alongside creative seasonal dishes. Under Lo Sauro’s leadership, Savoy will continue to build on that foundation while introducing new dishes and specials that reflect his own culinary style.
