American Oak truly appreciates all the love and support we have been receiving! Our last day of dinner service will be Friday, March 25, 2022.

Due to the need to make some unexpected repairs, American Oak will be closed Thursday, March 17.

We expect to having everything fixed and ready to go tomorrow, Friday, March 18.

After nearly 15 years, American Oak will be closing its doors March 26, 2022.

We are extremely grateful to and appreciative of our thousands of wonderful customers over the years -- especially our loyal core of diehard regulars. You know who you are and we will never forget you. Thank you so very much. Please stay safe and healthy and remember to be kind to one another.

This is American Oak's first live, in person whiskey tasting in over 2 years! 🥃✨We are proud to have special guest James Goad from Balcones Distilling to pour some tastes of amazing Balcones products and educate us on all things Balcones. We will also feature 2 cocktails created by our good friend and bar virtuoso, Gabe Chavez, using our AO/Ledgers Single Barrel True Blue, a true treat. Additionally, we will have smoked beef briskett, pork butt and AO mac and cheese. A bottle of the AO/Ledgers Select Single Barrell True Blue ($62 value) is included in the ticket price as well.
