To All of our Solo Vino Family
It is with great sadness and a sense of changing times that we write this post. After great consideration, we made the difficult decision to permanently close our doors following Chef Lou’s health issues.
We want to thank you all for your loyalty and support over the past three years. This wonderful community we call Aiken helped a new restaurant survive through Covid, expand to outdoor seating, and flourish as the new kid on the block. What started as our small Soli Vino family has expanded in leaps and bounds because of our incredibly loyal customers. To you all who shared special events with us, birthdays, anniversaries, marriage proposals, it has been a true honor to have you share those occasions with us.
We would also like to extend our full hearted appreciation to our amazing staff, past and present, that have made Solo Vino such an integral part of Aiken’s culinary setting. We could not have done it without you.
Thank you, Aiken for allowing us to be part of a wonderful small town’s downtown and we hope we contributed to the appreciation for the small, independent, family run business, you all truly helped us thrive.
Once again, our sincere thanks to you all!
Warmest regards,
Stephanie and Lou
