Making a great cocktail at home doesn't have to mean 12 ingredients, obscure bitters and a professional bar setup. Join longtime St. Louis bartender and cocktail professional Matt Obermark of Heaven Hill Brands for a fun, hands-on look at what actually makes a cocktail work. Matt has been part of the St. Louis cocktail scene for years, including representing St. Louis at the national Tales of the Cocktail competition, and now brings that experience to Heaven Hill's portfolio of spirits.
Matt will take us through cocktails built around bourbon, gin, and tequila (all from Heaven Hill) explaining how balance, dilution, citrus, sweetness, and technique all come together in the glass. Along the way, guests will enjoy each cocktail, hear stories from Matt’s years behind the bar, and learn approachable tips they can actually use at home.
