Do you have your tickets for "Come From Away"? Don't miss the chance to get "Screeched In" at Farver's after the show! We couldn't think of a better way to welcome all of you "Come From Aways"!

What does it mean to be "Screeched In"?
A “Screech-in” is a Newfoundland tradition used to welcome newcomers. The ritual is typically performed at a pub by a Newfoundland resident. The newcomer kisses a codfish and is asked by a resident, “Is ye a Screecher?” The newcomer must reply with a traditional response, take a bite of bologna (known as Newfoundland steak), have a shot of Screech (a type of rum) and then receive their certificate from the Royal Order of Newfoundland Screechers.

Well, we're doing the "Screech-In" Farver's style! You'll take a shot of Screech*, eat a bite of fudge from our friends at , recite a verse specially prepared for the occasion, and then kiss Governor Croswell! After that, you'll receive your certificate and have your picture taken to share far and wide that you were "Screeched-In" at Farver's! $12 per person

This will be available in Farver's after every performance of "Come From Away"!

Local artist and teacher, Katherine Downie, will be leading us all through creating our very own masterpiece - this time a pumpkin patch perfect for fall. Grab a drink at the bar and then get ready to channel your inner artist. Katherine will give step-by-step instructions and you'll have the best time sipping and dipping (your paintbrush).

Everyone remain calm, it's going to be okay...

Adult Drop-In Improv is moving to Sunday, September 13th from 6-8pm this month!

Due to the holiday weekend, we can't have our Improv night on the first Sunday so we are sending it over to the second Sunday!

Join us for a night of hilarity when we say "Yes...and..." to some improv for all! No previous experience is needed. Adult Improv is also FREE! Just register so we know to expect you 😉
