The brewery takes its name from the original appellation that Daniel Boone gave to the wilderness that became Abingdon. Tradition holds that Boone and his hunting companion spent a sleepless night along a hill on the Great Road after their dogs encountered a pack of wolves, which had a den in a nearby cave. Drawing from this rich history, Wolf Hills Brewing Co melds together time honored brewing m

Hello, Abingdon!

Thank you so much for your excitement and warmth over these last several weeks about our new ownership of Wolf Hills Brewing Co. and for coming out to meet us and encourage us in person.

We love this town and can’t wait to show you a revived 149 Deadmore St.

We have a website coming. In the meantime, please stay tuned on instagram and facebook for info about our grand opening, which will take place Saturday, July 29 at 1pm.

Today is the day—please come join us in saying a very fond farewell to an institution, Wolf Hills Brewing Company.

It is an important day in which we are remembering with gratitude what has come before, but while also looking ahead to good things that are coming.

Post Bop Revival is with us today sending jazz/funk/fusion into the rafters, out the windows, and beyond. The local craft beer is pouring.
