Yesterday was one of the most wonderful times of the year, and much like a holiday, it started early with a 4:30am drive to Crosby Hops and a 7am brewing start time!

A yearly tradition, fresh hop brew day is a long one but undeniably worth it. We focused on Amarillo hops this year (Not Not style) and the brew house was like a scratch and sniff sticker book all day long with beautiful citrus, spicy and floral notes of the Amarillo hop.

Y'all know the drill, it will take a little bit of time, but this one will hit the tap list sometime in September!
