A few years ago I was privileged to witness the Jambo Jet inaugural flight to Entebbe from Nairobi. This no-frills, no-luxury carrier saved us from the overpriced so-called 'National Airlines' which charge 'an arm and a leg' for a mere 45 minutes in the air. Can somebody tell us what happened to this friendly carrier?
