Your main qualifications/skills

• Perfect English
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
• Culinary school diploma would be a plus
• Relevant experience ideally within a hotel environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Prepare and cook high-quality food according to recipes, following quality and presentation standards
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
• Tracks food use, waste and consumption to requisition or purchase product.
•
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
