親愛的朋友們,
我們的心情很沉重地於此宣布,和牛研究室即將於今年5月3日結束營業。
從開業以來,我們做了許多嘗試:和牛創意料理套餐、和牛拉麵、和牛丼飯、和牛漢堡、和牛麻辣火鍋…致力於發掘和牛各部位的料理可能性,並持續誠心地分享給每一位來訪的客人。
即便歷經了團隊反覆調整與努力,仍不敵現今的餐飲營運大敵:長期的人力缺口、電費食材等營運成本持續上漲。
因此,即便非常不捨,我們還是做了這個最終決定。
在過去的日子裡,我們很榮幸能夠與您分享美味的和牛料理,每一位客人的支持、滿足的神情是我們持續前進的動力。
這對我們來說是個艱難的選擇。但我們仍然想要表達最深的感謝給所有支持我們的每一位顧客們:
自4月28日起至5月3日止,我們將提供和牛冷凍肉品、冷凍料理包、醬料等外帶商品88折的優惠。
也誠心地再次邀請您前來和牛研究室,品嚐最後一次的手作美味和牛料理。
再次,衷心地感謝您成為我們的顧客。
希望在未來的日子裡,我們還能夠有機會再次相聚。

Dear friends,
We regret to announce the closure of Wagyu Lab on May 3rd this year.
Since our opening, we have embarked on numerous culinary adventures: Wagyu Tasting menu, Wagyu Ramen, Donburi, Burgers, Spicy Hot Pot... We have been committed to exploring the culinary possibilities of every part of Wagyu, and sharing them sincerely with each and every guest who has visited us.
Despite the team‘s repeated adjustments and efforts, we have succumbed to the current challenges in the food and beverage industry: the long-term shortage of manpower and the continuous increase in operating costs such as electricity and ingredients.
Therefore, with much regret, we have made this final decision.
We have been honored to share delicious Wagyu dishes with you. Your support, encouragement, and satisfied expressions have been the driving force behind our journey.
This has been a difficult choice for us. Nevertheless, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all our customers who have supported us:
From April 28th to May 3rd, we will offer an 12% discount on take-home products such as frozen Wagyu meats, frozen meal kits, sauces, and more.
We sincerely invite you once again to Wagyu Lab to savor our handmade Wagyu dishes one last time.
