客人年齡層約為３０歳ー４０歳，提供舒適放鬆的氛圍。
我在年輕時去到一間酒吧，當時受到該名服務他的調酒師深深感動。 當時年紀輕輕的我感受到當下該名調酒師並不因為自己是個小伙子就怠慢他，而是認真的將其視作成年的客人看待與之交流，使得他內心為此觸動。也因此決定以當時的調酒師為榜樣，將成為一個重視與人交流的調酒師為職志。 而幼時的我也曾在台灣生活過，他感受到那段時期儘管國籍及語言各不相同，依然受到台灣人的幫助及關照。也因此決定來台灣開設自己的店，希望借由自己的酒吧成為台灣與日本間的橋樑。
