推行台式碳烤為初創立初衷。台灣早期有日式燒烤後來有韓式的，這些異國的美食使得國人漸漸忘了我們自身傳統美味的烤肉，我們也期望能把台灣的碳烤帶到全世界，讓世界的認識台灣。
