📌起源眾說紛紜
於1909年就開始流傳的酒譜,正式被記錄是 1917 年左右
出現在英國調酒師 Hugo R. Ensslin 的著作
《Recipes for Mixed Drinks》中,作者並未明確記載創作者
Casino 的起源雖然不明確
但它以其獨特的風味和百年歷史在調酒界仍佔有地位。
20 世紀中後期開始出現;有些酒譜會加入柳橙汁
酒體的酸度會變得柔和,果香更豐富
顏色也會從清澈轉為微濁的淡黃色

The true origin of the Casino remains a subject of debate. While recipes resembling the drink began circulating as early as 1909, it was first officially documented around 1917 in the book Recipes for Mixed Drinks by British bartender Hugo R. Ensslin.
Although Ensslin did not credit a specific creator and the exact roots of the ”Casino“ remain a mystery, its distinctive flavor profile and century-long heritage have secured its enduring legacy in the world of mixology.
”In the mid-to-late 20th century, variations began to emerge that introduced orange juice into the recipe. This addition softens the acidity, enriches the fruity profile, and transforms the appearance from crystalline to a delicate, cloudy pale yellow.
