Victor 的家族在加拿大經營著六間酒館,專注於歐洲現拉生啤與經典西式料理。從選酒、拉酒到餐點製作,這些看似平凡的日常,早已成為他的成長記憶。
而 Velvet Alley,就是我們把這份熱愛帶回台灣的開始。

People always ask us: why did we open Velvet Alley?
The answer is actually simple — because this has always been part of Chef Victor’s life growing up.
Victor’s family owns six pubs in Canada, specializing in European draft craft beer and classic Western cuisine. From selecting beers and perfecting the pour, to preparing quality food, these everyday moments became part of his childhood memories and passion.
Velvet Alley was born from our desire to bring that culture and experience back to Taiwan.
