炭角串燒是一間以串烤、炸物搭配酒類為主題的中日式居酒屋。
有別於瓦斯爐烤台的燒烤方式，店內堅持使用木炭烤台以海鹽或獨門醬汁等佐料調味，不僅能使各項食材烹調至應有的美味風味，更夾帶炭火燒烤的香氣。故以Charcoal炭做為起因命名。
成功的餐廳，除了料理美味，服務熱誠更是重要的一項關鍵。炭角音同『探角』，意謂著每位客人都是我們找尋的主角。我們除了秉持著以客為尊的服務態度外，還希望能夠為客人帶來味覺、視覺及用餐氣氛皆開心滿足融為場內主角的氛圍。因此「Charcoal炭角串燒」由此而生。
