我們的蛋餃採全手工製作,使用嚴選土雞蛋製作蛋皮、快樂梅花豬以獨家配方製成內餡,反覆調整比例,只為讓每一口都剛剛好。
Our egg dumplings are all handmade. The wrappers are made with carefully selected eggs, while the filling features selected pork, seasoned with our house recipe. The proportions are repeatedly refined so that every bite is just right.
與市售蛋餃最大的不同,在於蛋皮的吸汁能力。入鍋後慢慢吸附湯底的精華,咬開時,蛋香與湯汁在口中一起釋放,搭配王匯所每一款招牌湯底都非常合適。
