「串樂‧燒揚酒場」創業於民國96年，蘇師傅從事日本料理已有三十餘年之久，傳承道地的日本懷石料理精神，承襲關西古法手作的地方菜色，堅持每日手工備料，不以華麗的創意料理，而是讓食材原味為主佐料為輔的呈現。
店內呈現江戶時期的懷舊風格，並珍藏著許多各式可愛的飾品玩物，加上東洋和風曲目，及不時播放著幽默有趣的「志村建」，用餐時都能為您增添不同的慢活感受。成為三五好友下班聚會後，輕鬆自在把酒言歡的「好所在」。
