「一會」，則意味僅有一次的相會。
我想對我而言使用一期一會這個名字
想引用我對食材的挑剔！不喜歡太多餘的調味
以食材本身的特質加上獨家醬汁
引出最好的口感～香氣

一期一會....
就像我對每個客人一樣我會把我的用心
用在每串串燒上！！
我極為珍視，彼此懷著「一生一次」的信念，
體味到人生如同茶的泡沫一般在世間轉瞬即逝，
並由此產生共鳴。 與客人感到彼此緊緊相連，
產生一種互相依存的感覺和生命的充實感。
這是我想給予其他場合無法體驗到的一種感覺。
