BIG NEWS!

農曆新年過後，East Road Trading 將與臺虎精釀合併，共同在精釀啤酒界打拼。過去兩年來，我們非常感謝大家的支持與照顧。

兩家合併後的團隊，一樣會將 East Road Trading 成立的初衷實現 : 帶入更好品質的精釀啤酒， 並以更親民的價格，提高普及率。

我們會繼續努力，在台灣的精釀啤酒界持續出力，讓酒友們喝得開心，也歡迎更多同好加入這個大家庭。

我們也向各位店家朋友們保證，合併後我們提供的服務與品質不變。年假期間整合完畢，之後我們就會立刻加入臺虎，為大家服務。

期待在這新的一年與大家繼續喝酒乾杯！

Starting after Chinese New Year, East Road Trading will be merging with our friends at 臺虎精釀 Taihu Brewing! We'll be taking a quick break over the holiday to restructure, and then will be officially merging together immediately afterward.

Through our new partnership, we'll be improving the three core elements of East Road Trading's business philosophy: better beer quality, available more regularly, at better prices.

We're always looking to improve the drinking experience of existing craft beer fans, and to make it easier for new friends to try craft beer for the first time. You'll see exciting changes almost immediately that will aid in helping us achieve these goals.

The whole East Road Trading team will transition over to Taihu after the move, and will be working directly with the community and our retail partners more than ever before.

We're looking forward to having a beer with each of you in the coming year!

莫格利波特黑啤是為了紀念一位老朋友的愛狗 Mogli 而釀造，這支作品經過波本酒桶釀造，擁有豐富的巧克力味、波本酒桶香味、橡木桶陳的帝國波特啤酒，是每次上架必定秒殺的酒款！

Caldera’s Mogli was inspired by the loss of a friend. This is a chocolate, bourbon, oak-aged Imperial Porter.

● 麥芽 Malts: Premium Two Row, Crystal, Munich, Brown, Pale Chocolate, Chocolate, Dark Belgian Candi Sugar, Natural Chocolate, Bourbon-Soaked Oak Spirals

Heretic 異教徒新酒到！【Tartuffe 偽君子柏林白啤酒】(650 ml)

我們的釀酒師對柏林白啤酒這個酒款特別鍾愛，其中那酸得到位、清新無比的口感，來自釀造過程中加入的特選小麥，和長達數天之久的酸化過程，就是最讓人念念不忘。這款酒適合單獨品飲，你可以嚐到傳統德式覆盆子或糖漿的多層次口感。

Our head brewer has a thing for Berliner Weisse-style ale. He loves the tart, refreshing character that comes from using lots of wheat malt and a multi-day sour mash. Try it by itself or mit schuss, the traditional German addition of raspberry or woodruff syrup.

這支以裸麥啤酒 黑麥芽(rye malt)釀造，帶出甜美濃厚的麥香口感、再配上清爽乾脆的尾韻作結

Tartuffe 偽君子柏林白啤酒 ( ABV 4.8% / 650ml )

Torment 折磨之神比利時艾爾 ( ABV 10.0% / 650ml )

這支比利時深色愛爾口感豐富，有多層次的焦糖、麥芽、黑色水果味口感，搭配上比利時糖(Belgian candi sugar)的香味和強勁的 10% 酒精濃度。每一口都嚐得到濃郁的焦糖蘋果、甜桃香和橘子裹巧克力醬等美味。
