昭和園源起　豐收免剝殼烤蝦 一舉成名！
　2002年昭和園的創辦人陳經文，在台中逢甲夜市以現撈現烤的「豐收免剝殼烤蝦」一舉成名，他堅持用海裡現捕的野生蝦為原料，搭配蒜末等調味，不但美味酥脆還可整隻帶殼吃。免剝殼烤蝦的成功，讓陳老闆思考經營一家獨特燒肉店的念頭...
　他遍嚐全台各大燒肉店與日本料理店，期望將日式居酒屋與炭火燒肉店結合，運用自身的經驗研發心中的「好味道」，於是，日式居酒屋與炭火燒肉店合而為一，2006年，昭和園成立！在鶯歌與鶯歌鎮民曾代表共同創立第一家，結合日式居酒屋的炭火燒肉店「昭和園」。
