On May 16, M.O. Bar is delighted to host a one‑night‑only collaboration with guest bartender NoNo, 2022 Taiwan World Class Champion Bartender, from Tainan’s Bar Han‑Jia, an acclaimed venue recognised by Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
Renowned for his reverse‑thinking approach and magician‑inspired background, NoNo brings a sense of illusion and artistry to every cocktail he creates. For this special evening, he joins Andy and Jeff of M.O. Bar behind the counter, presenting a refined exploration of layered flavours—a thoughtful dialogue between cocktail craftsmanship and aesthetic expression.
