Inspired by street food and night markets,
this cocktail draws from the flavors we grew up with
a street-style spicy mango profile deeply rooted in local food culture.
Starting from familiar yet vivid tastes,
it carries forward BAR MOOD’s core philosophy,
maximizing the expression of local ingredients,
while reinterpreting the classic structure of a Bloody Mary.
A house-made spiced mango syrup forms the soul of the drink.
Paired with chili-infused vodka,
tropical fruit and warm spice unfold in layered contrast;
freshly pressed tomato adds brightness and body,
while a plum-powder rim
builds layers of fruitiness, salinity, and heat.
