BELLAVITA 生蠔吧可說是國內百貨美食廣場的創舉，可以隨時品嚐到鮮美的「生蠔」，您現場所嚐到的每顆生蠔，都是從法國當地空運進口，每天維持6款生蠔讓顧客選擇，以「現剝現嚐」的方式嚐鮮。來自法國地區的6款生蠔分別有芬克雷 Fine de Claires、貝隆黑珍珠 Perles Noires、瑪琳珍珠蠔 Perles de Marennes、伊凱利生蠔 Ecaille d’argent、貝隆生蠔 Belon、以及受沙皇青睞而聞名的賈斯凱雅生蠔 Tsarskaya。「生蠔吧」的生蠔吃法除了現剝搭配檸檬生吃之外，還可用雞尾酒醬、法式紅酒醋汁等醬汁來享用。光吃生蠔不過癮的話，還有各式魚子醬、鋪上滿滿生蠔、蝦、海螺跟淡菜等海鮮的「精選海鮮盤」，不吃海鮮的人也有「西班牙式火腿無花果」等輕食開胃菜可以挑選，搭配香檳、汽泡酒之類的飲料都很棒！
