Sharp ( #5)
Chord means more then 2 different notes combination. The concept of Sharp( #5) comes from Augmented chord’s dissonant note sharp 5th in Major scale. Musician likes to play Augmented chord between the Major and Minor chord, to created unique and inharmonious melody into songs. As like Campari makes us feel irreplaceable and unique of flavor.
The beauty of dissonance represents core meaning of three of us. We gather and we share our happiness, joy out of our bartender jobs. We slash different identity to represent our personality and interest. We enjoy everything, like the common languages of art, music and Aperol to bring people together.
Sharp( #5) use Aperol, sweet yellow pepper, IPA beer and verjus. Individual material with strong personalities balance each other without losing their unique charm. Paired with smoke duck breast, berries Cynar vinegar sauce. These fresh and conflicting aroma combination, like the Italian pre-dinner appetizer, to share the spirit of ‘Together, we joy.’
和弦是指兩個以上不同音符的組合而成，Sharp( #5)的概念來自於樂理中大調順階和弦的增和弦，增和弦的增五度音本身並不存在於大調音階內，但音樂家常在溫暖的大調和憂傷的小調和弦間穿插增和弦，在歌曲中創造出獨特而不和諧的旋律，如同Campari及Aperol在調酒中無法被清楚界定在任何一個分類，無論是柑橘酒或利口酒。兩者皆具有獨樹一格無可取代的風味，在不同種類的調酒中都有無法取代的位置。

Sharp( #5) 使用Aperol、甜黃椒、IPA 啤酒和 Verjus。 具有強烈個性的材料相互平衡，又不失其獨特的魅力。用Tapas小食的概念搭配煙熏鴨胸佐莓果Cynar醋醬，而我們選用的煙燻櫻桃鴨胸的多汁及相對少有的肉品煙薰調性與Aperol柑橘風味穩穩的抓融於一體，融合tapas一口接一口的特色，非常適合在派對中享用。清新又衝突的香氣組合使人胃口大開，分享“Together, we joy.”的精神。
