The rhythm behind the bar that night was unlike any other.
In collaboration with Smoke & Bitters, we brought the authentic flavors and techniques of Sri Lanka straight into Bar Pine.
From coconut oil fat-washing and hand-extracted spices to the intricate layering of smoke and minerality, every cocktail was more than just a drink—it was a sensory echo of the environment it came from.
The energy was relentless. Surrounded by curious guests, the night became a vibrant exchange of ideas. Questions flowed as freely as the spirits—ranging from the origin of ingredients to the nuances of the craft.
It felt less like a service and more like an open dialogue. For us, these guest shifts are a celebration of how we interpret flavor and how we honor the land.
