Plantation Tea Bar will be taking a hiatus in January and February 2026. Our website, wholesale and corporate event business will remain open.

While our shop will be closed temporarily, we have two interesting events lined up in January. 25th January sees Taiwan’s .astea (a Taiwanese tea bar operated by Adrian Ng, who also runs Taipei’s first 0% ABV bar “abvless”)’s first popup with us, and 30 January to 1 February we will be at PMQ’s annual tea market “Tea Round” .hk

De nuit新一季無酒精Pairing現已上線。

因應進入秋冬,Chef Kei在彩色融入了菌類、根莖類等大地風味,同時點綴了各式香料,這一季的菜色維持一貫的優雅之餘,在忠於呈現食材原有風味的前提下,堆疊了許多層次藏在細節裡。

為了呼應菜單,無酒精搭配大膽地使用了更多草本、辛辣、苦味及發酵元素,期許在秋冬中為大家增添一絲暖意。


De nuit’s new non-alcoholic pairing menu is now live.

For the autumn–winter season, Chef Kei brings in earthy tones from mushrooms, roots, and warm spices. The dishes remain elegantly composed, layering subtle depths while honoring each ingredient’s natural flavor.

To echo the menu, the non-alcoholic pairings venture into bolder herbal, spicy, bitter, and fermented notes — hoping to offer a touch of warmth for the colder months.


De nuit の新しいノンアルコール・ペアリングがスタートしました。

秋冬に合わせて、シェフ Kei は茸や根菜などの大地の風味に、各種スパイスを添えて表現。素材本来の味わいを大切にしながら、上品さと多層的な奥行きを織り込んだ構成です。

それに呼応し、ノンアルコールのペアリングはハーブ、スパイス、ビター、発酵の要素を大胆に取り入れ、寒い季節にそっと温もりを添えることを目指しました。

在經歷了5年9個月的時間,我們在中山的據點暫時劃上了句點。過去這段時間,台灣無酒精飲品的市場逐漸成熟,在明年重啟之際,我們會在擴大店舖的同時,增添一些新的服務。

飲與在現代除了溫飽,也提供了提高生活品質的情緒價值。.abvless是即將伴隨開幕成立的新品牌,作為在台灣第一個主打無酒精的零售店,旨在搜集各式精緻、有趣的飲品選品,為大家從飲品的視角打造一個生活提案。

直至新址開幕以前,我們目前仍持續提供飲品顧問、教學等服務,未來幾個月也將至各處安排短期的快閃活動。期間如果與朋友想要到現場享用無酒精飲品,也歡迎到姊妹店@tu.astea坐坐,來體驗不同空間帶來的感受。


After nearly 5 years and 9 months, we have temporarily closed our Zhongshan location. During this time, Taiwan’s non-alcoholic beverage market has matured. Next year, we plan to reopen with expanded stores and new services.

Drinks today go beyond basic needs, offering emotional and lifestyle value. .abvless, our new brand, will be Taiwan’s first retail store dedicated to non-alcoholic beverages, showcasing a curated selection of exquisite and interesting drinks to inspire a stylish life.

Until the new store opens, we will continue providing beverage consulting, tutorials, and short-term pop-up events. You’re welcome to visit our sister store .astea to enjoy non-alcoholic drinks and experience a different space with friends.

「一時無酉 abvless」自2020年2月起開始營運,至今已邁向第六個年頭。

考量營運的擴張,現址的硬體、空間已不足使用,因應租約即將完結,我們決定將營業至10月19日。

目前新的店面正在籌備,預計於明年中旬,以全新的樣貌與大家重新見面。

這個微小空間在過去的幾年間,陪伴了大家一起度過許多時光,舉辦了不少有趣的活動,也促成了很多很棒的緣分。

在最後的一個月,我們預留了一些時間,歡迎大家來與這個空間好好道別。

現況將維持週休一、二,營業時間12:00-19:00,營業至10月19日。

謝謝大家,也期待能盡早在新的空間服務大家。


Abvless has been in operation since February 2020, and we are now entering our sixth year.

Considering our expansion plans, the current location's hardware and space are no longer sufficient. As the lease is about to expire, we have decided to close our business on October 19th.

We are currently preparing a new location, and we plan to reopen around mid-next year with a fresh new look to reconnect with everyone.

This small space has accompanied us over the past few years, sharing many memorable moments, hosting numerous fun events, and fostering many wonderful relationships.

During the final month, we have set aside some time and warmly welcome everyone to say goodbye to this space.

Our current schedule will remain weekly closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, with operating hours from 12:00 to 19:00 p.m. until October 19th.

いつも「一時無酉」をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

当店は2020年2月にオープンし、今年で6年目を迎えました。この度、今後の事業拡大を見据え、現在の店舗では手狭になったこと、および契約更新時期が迫っていることから、10月19日をもちまして閉店させていただくことになりました。

現在、新しい店舗の準備を進めており、来年の中頃には、新たな場所で皆様をお迎えできる予定でございます。

この小さな空間で、これまでたくさんの思い出を皆様と分かち合い、楽しいイベントを開催し、多くの素敵な出会いに恵まれました。

残り一ヶ月となりますが、最後に皆様にご挨拶できる機会を設けました。ぜひお立ち寄りいただけると幸いです。

現時点では、週休二日(月・火休み)、営業時間は12:00から19:00までで、10月19日まで営業いたします。

これまでの皆様からの温かいご支援に、心より感謝申し上げます。

Also in Zhongshan is Abvless, recommended by Huang as a bar for those who enjoy a good drink even without the alcohol. Housed in a machiya (traditional town house) from the 1920s, during the Japanese occupation era, its ethos is that each drink is a unique creation, for that moment only.

A wabi-sabi space of driftwood and broken ceramics, Abvless was founded by Malaysian Adrian Ng, who opened his second spot, Astea, in Da’an last month, serving small-batch Taiwanese teas in cocktail-style drinks. Huang describes Astea’s blend of wild yellow tea with clarified banana as being “subtle but expressive”.

This season, in collaboration with Le Somm, we present a dual beverage pairing at de nuit—offering both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options.

Chef Kei’s cuisine is refined and elegant, masterfully applying French techniques to local Taiwanese ingredients. Each course captures the subtle shifts of the season, evoking the delicacy and depth of late spring into early summer.

The non-alcoholic pairing features six drinks, each thoughtfully designed to complement the menu’s nuanced progression. Inspired by classic cocktail structures, they incorporate botanicals, fermentation, and regional flavors—ranging from sparkling herbal notes to clarified fruits and low-caffeine teas—mirroring the rhythm of the meal.


本季我們與 Le Somm 合作,為 de nuit 餐廳打造雙版本搭餐飲品,分別對應無酒精與酒精選項。

Chef Kei 擅長以細緻優雅的手法處理台灣在地食材,純熟的法式技藝展現出當令風味的層次與節奏,用餐過程中可感受到春夏交替的輕盈與深度。

此次無酒精搭配共六款,呼應菜單的精緻輪廓,設計靈感來自經典調酒結構,融合草本、發酵與在地素材,從香檳氣泡、藥草煙燻、清澈果香至低咖啡因茶飲,貫穿整體節奏,與料理相輔相成。
