「精一杯」主要販賣的美食為「鳥燒」(Yakitori)，搭配各式酒類，為親朋好友聚餐聊天談心的最佳選擇。

雖然店名有「一杯」，不過可別誤會，不是因為有賣酒的關係XD，「精一杯」為日文，是傾全力、竭盡所能的意思；老闆為了開店曾至日本拜師學藝一年，初期還曾因日文能力不夠，好幾次因語言上的誤會，導致備料錯誤，被師傅罵得體無完膚，讓他深刻體會到日本人做事的細緻度，回國後亦勉勵自己要有相同的精神，讓日本美食的原味在台灣重現，故將店名取為「精一杯」。
