我們確定營業到4/30就會結束，之後會由一間日式簡餐店接手經營。這間店目前還在籌備中，預計會在5月底或6月跟大家見面。謝謝這10個月來的日子~

Our cafe business will be shut down from May. Another restaurant will take over our place. Thank you for the support for the past 10 months.

一直有客人在詢問我們播放的音樂 我們是使用Spotify 而最常播的清單是Chill Out Acusticos 但如果不是在賽倫聽的話 應該會沒感覺 :)

Many people have been asking about the music we play in Seren. We are using Spotify and a playlist called "Chill Out Acusticos" is the most frequently played. But it's not gonna be the same if you don't listen it in Seren:)

賽倫咖啡廳的初衷是希望透過社交環境讓客人之間可以成為朋友。昨天看到旅客跟咖啡廳的來客變朋友時感到很欣慰，只要有時間我們都很希望跟客人認識，也會製造機會使客人跟其他客人成為朋友。但讓陌生人能夠相識比想像中困難許多。這10個月來在前面吧台方桌互相交談的寥寥無幾，且台南咖啡廳的市場又非常競爭。即使有特色也不易存活。經營上，雖然有靠舉辦活動來微微減輕負擔，但在初衷迷失的情況下，漸漸地做起來有點力不從心。目前我們會在4月底讓1,2樓的咖啡廳歇業。感謝喜歡這邊環境的客人!

今天賽倫有了最完美的一天。雖然來客不多，但互不認識的大家變成朋友，整體的氣氛像是朋友家的客廳一樣。這就是我們希望追求的~

We had the most wonderful day here at Seren today. Strangers from different countries got to know each other and became friends. The whole thing felt like chilling out at friend's place. This is the type of cafe we are aiming for. Oh, man! This is great.

其實除了舉辦活動的時間外，賽倫大部分都是靜悄悄的像是凌晨4點的台東。很多好心的客人給我們建議希望有所起色，我們也都有稍微地做改變。但對賽倫來說咖啡吧主要還是來點杯飲料、小酌一下並從事社交或安靜地做自己事的空間，肚子餓了點些東西來果腹。我們並不希望走像熱鬧餐廳一樣的路線，比較想強調的是自在的空間。如果每個好地方都很熱鬧的話，那你還剩什麼地方可去呢？笑　賽倫是很適合使用電腦、閱讀或交朋友的，不管下午或晚上。為了推廣這種生活方式，如果你是單獨一個人過來，且並非來參加活動的，期間限定單點所有無酒精飲料皆折扣30元。（不可搭配其他折扣，且請務必主動提出！）

個人長期旅行最煩惱的是到底要塞甚麼在背包裡。我們製作了一份清單，希望對於想單獨去長期旅行的人在準備東西上有所幫助。
