【着多着多 Tsia-tō Tsia-tō】
「那誒着多？」是許多人到臺南作客時最常冒出的驚呼。相比北部的精緻克制，臺南彷彿什麼都要「多一點」：更大的份量、更甜的滋味、更多的陽光與熱情。這種「俗擱大碗」的背後，其實飽含了城市長久累積的情感哲學與生活軌跡。府城從糖業重鎮一路走來，「甜」成了款待的象徵，不吝嗇的味道，是對遠道而來的人最真誠的招待與祝福。
Alter也常被說「怎麼這麼多」。在極簡外表下，我們裝著多一點的風味、多一點的酒精濃度、多一點的創意、多一點的溫度。受臺南滋養茁壯，我們把來自不同傳統產業的元素放進「着多着多 Tsia-tō Tsia-tō」每一杯酒裡，希望回饋這座給予我們太多的城市。資訊多了點、話多了點、酒一點不少，但風味不減。
因為咱攏是被熱情養大的味。

“Tsia-tō Tsia-tō?” — Why so much?It’s the question that often escapes, half in wonder, half in delight, from those arriving in Tainan.
Where the north refines and restrains, Tainan leans into abundance—more generous portions, a deeper sweetness, longer sunlight, warmer gestures. This quiet excess is no accident, but a language shaped over time. From its days as a city of sugar, sweetness became more than flavor—it became a gesture of care, an offering, a way of saying: you are welcome here, and you will be well received.
Alter, too, is often met with the same curiosity—why so much?Behind a minimalist façade, we choose to hold a little more: more layers unfolding in the glass, a touch more spirit, more imagination, more warmth. Raised by Tainan, we gather fragments from its many traditions and fold them into each drink in “Tsia-tō Tsia-tō”—a quiet act of return to the city that has given us more than enough.
A little more to read, a little more to say, never less in the pour—yet never less in grace.
Because we are, all of us, shaped by a generosity that lingers on the tongue.
