一杯以城市為背景的雞尾酒，Time traces 訴說著城市與歷史，以Old fashioned為原型在適合不過，從荷治時期到日治時期再回到台灣，我們從每個歷史的切點加入了對應的風味，荷蘭煎餅、柚子、冬瓜、桂花及三隻猴子威士忌，時間的軌跡與歷史的痕跡，讓雞尾酒成為媒界，從風味裡了解這座城市台南。

謝謝Tatler，謝謝大家讓MOONROCK能夠得到這樣的殊榮，也讓我們從第一年到第三年有幸能夠與大家一起共襄盛舉。

謝謝每一位MOONROCK的夥伴，一起創造了許多美好的事物，這一個獎項屬於團隊的大家，更屬於吧台另一端的你們，無論如何我們依然待在台南的店裡，努力探索更多的可能，靜待大家的到來。

月亮從來不是靠自己發光，謝謝你們照亮我們，期許我們有一天也能照亮大家。

Thanks and everyone who has supported MOONROCK and allowed us to receive this honor. From our first year to our third, we’ve been lucky to share this journey and these moments with you.
