現為東京清澄白河知名咖啡店 KOFFEE MAMEYA -Kakeru- 核心成員，也是日本最具代表性的咖啡調酒師之一
他曾於 2018、2019、2025 年三度奪下世界盃咖啡調酒大賽（WCIGSC）日本冠軍，並多次代表日本登上世界舞台
他的作品以濃郁而細膩的咖啡風味、鮮明的酒感，以及精準的平衡著稱

A coffee mixologist who pushes coffee and spirits into an entirely new dimension.
He is currently a core member of KOFFEE MAMEYA -Kakeru-, the renowned coffee destination in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo, and is regarded as one of Japan’s leading coffee mixologists.
He has won the Japan Championship of the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship (WCIGSC) three times — in 2018, 2019, and 2025 — and has represented Japan on the world stage multiple times.
His creations are known for their rich yet delicate coffee flavors, distinctive spirit-forward character, and precise balance.
For him, coffee is more than just coffee, and spirits are more than just drinks, they are part of everyday life！
This time, Satoshi Zushi comes to Tainan,bringing his perspective on coffee, spirits, and flavor to Yongfu Mansion.
