響琥位於帆寮街（新美街）當中，將這條街的文化與四種音樂曲風結合，將茶與咖啡等元素轉化為十四杯雞尾酒。

從老街的歷史、人文與聲音中汲取靈感，讓風味與節奏交織出城市的脈動，並以現代日式美學結合台南文化，讓風味成為旋律，開啟一場味覺的演出。

Xinmei Street was called Fanliao Street in the past. It used to be a harbor.
⁡
People back then did not see roads; they saw many boat masts and fishermen repairing sails.
⁡
As time passed, the sea became land, and the harbor became a street.
⁡
The place where boats stayed became buildings for people to rest. This memory of the sea slowly disappeared into history.
⁡
Kohaku is located on this old street. It combines the street’s culture with four types of music. It uses tea and coffee to create 14 special cocktails.
⁡
Inspired by history and sounds, Kohaku mixes flavors with rhythms. By joining modern Japanese style with Tainan culture, they turn every drink into a melody and a great performance.

風味與節奏交織出城市的脈動，並以現代日式美學結合台南文化，讓「茶酒」與「咖啡調酒」不再是個別的分類，而是融合一體的概念。

藉由當代熟悉的感官元素，在帆寮街頭，讓風味與音符重新敘述這段故事。

MUSIC of Fanliao Street｜2026 New Menu

Kohaku is located on Xinmei Street, once known as Fanliao Street.
⁡
This menu takes inspiration from the history and sounds of this old street.
⁡
Instead of using long history stories, it uses ”cocktails“ and ”music“ to remember the culture of this area.
⁡
The menu includes 14 signature cocktails, divided into four styles: Classical, Jazz, Funk, and Hip-hop.
⁡
Flavor and rhythm come together to show the life of the city.
⁡
By mixing Japanese design with Tainan culture, ”tea cocktails“ and ”coffee cocktails“ are combined into one single concept.

In Fanliao, taste and music tell the story of this street again.
