你知道影響一杯咖啡風味最大的吧台設備是什麼嗎？沒錯，就是磨豆機。

那天客戶跟我們暢談的許久，講述了他從高中就開始熱愛咖啡的奇幻之旅，一路到現在，近期他計畫投入更多心力至義式咖啡的製作中，於是在本身瑞士D牌專業磨豆機無法勝任其製作精品義式咖啡需求的狀況下，客戶在2023咖啡展上與我們洽談，並最終選擇了Bentwood作為製作義式咖啡的主力機台。

「真的不一樣！SOE竟能做出這種濃稠度與風味口感！確實很棒~」這是來自客戶後續的反饋。
