位於台南的 ,將於 6/9 由主理人 Joey 來到春酩,帶來四款結合台灣在地風味的限定調酒。
從府城的巷弄出發,沿著海岸線一路向南,當在島之後踏上恆春半島,讓兩座城市展開一場風味對話。
台南的厚實與細膩、恆春的陽光與海風,透過在地物產、季節食材與調酒語言重新詮釋。每一杯酒,都像是一段旅程,承載著土地的氣味,也記錄著人與地方之間的連結。

Some flavors are born from the land;
some stories are shaped by the roads they’ve traveled.
On June 9, Joey, founder of After the Island, a renowned cocktail bar from Tainan, will be joining us at Chun Ming Bar, bringing four exclusive cocktails inspired by the diverse flavors of Taiwan.
Starting from the historic alleyways of Tainan and following the coastline southward, After the Island arrives on the Hengchun Peninsula, creating a dialogue between two cities through flavor.
Tainan’s depth and refinement meet Hengchun’s sunshine and sea breeze, reimagined through local ingredients, seasonal produce, and the language of cocktails. Each drink is a journey of its own—carrying the essence of the land while telling a story of connection between people and place.
