哈啤教父 Hoppy the Godfather｜Italian Pilsner 🇮🇹

哈啤系列最新力作——哈啤教父 Hoppy the Godfather。

這次我們把經典義式皮爾森的乾淨俐落，做得更有「教父」的味道：外表優雅，骨子裡卻帶著一股狠勁。

酒體採用傳統繁複的 Decoction Mash 煮出糖化法，堆疊出紮實的麥芽骨架與淡淡烘烤餅乾香；熱端以 Southern Cross、Hallertau Mittelfrüh 鋪陳清新的松針與草本氣息。

真正的重頭戲在冷泡酒花。

從經典 T90 Hallertau Mittelfrüh，到低溫濃縮的 Cryo Loral，再到 BarthHaas 新世代 PRYSMA Spalter Select，三種不同世代的酒花製品層層交棒，把香氣一路堆上去。

花香、茉莉、薰衣草、紫羅蘭、百合交織著細緻芳草與辛香草本，最後收進檸檬與松針般的清新氣息。

入口乾淨清爽，苦味來得直接、俐落；緊接著麥芽甘甜浮現，讓整體不只爽脆，更有深度。尾韻乾爽悠長，繁複花香與俐落苦韻彼此拉扯

我們花了很多時間反覆調整，希望在只有 5.5% ABV ，依然保留我們喜愛的飽滿風味與絕佳平衡。
