Tea flavor: floral scent type

Taste:It’s light withering and light fermentation, therefore, I taste it light taste, deep notes of candy scent, close to plant flavor, no any bitterness, astringency.

Infusion time: 1 minute

Tea and water ratio: 3g : 500cc

Tea flavor: flower flavor

Taste: Farmers of Japan all produce green tea. However young people don’t like drinking green tea, farmers changed to produce black tea. Originally they used Yabukita variety to produce black tea. (They usually make green tea by Yabukita variety.) But the black tea of Yabukita variety isn’t tasteful. They research and develop new variety “ Benifuki” for black tea.

When I am brewing it, I can smell heavy flowers flavor. I consider women will love this flavor.
Because it was picked by hand, not machine. There are many tips in it. Therefore, I taste sweet and full of flowers flavor, long resistant foam, I brew it sixth times, it is still flavorful.
