Traditional Mediterranean cuisine, especially from Greece, Southern France, Italy, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Spain and Turkey. Chef-owner is French (made in Algeria), from Provencal and Pied-Noir (French and Spanish colonials in North Africa) families. The cuisine is traditional, familial. Dishes observe a draconian rule: the chef wouldn't serve you anything he wouldn't serve to his family. No Micro-waves, no Tik-tok recipes, no Costco products. Making everything from scratch including bread, yogurt and goat cheese. We don't follow trends, only Mediterranean traditions. The menu includes healthy and tasty options, rich festive dishes, street food and a tapas board. Dishes are balanced, not overly greasy or fat as Mediterranean diet is one the best in the world. The menu changes every 2 or 3 days. We humbly try to keep the prices low while using quality ingredients.
