從極其罕見的 1974 Caol Ila，到濃縮了輝煌歲月的 1980 Macallan，每一滴都是不可複製的液體歷史。

To be honest, this bottle of whisky had been sitting in the bar for ages. Since the owner, Bear, hadn‘t mentioned opening it, I found myself staring at it every single day.
Then yesterday-finally! —he suddenly decided it was time to pop the cork.
He even managed to ’smuggle‘ that Feng Yun set over from Nova Bar. He truly is a ’Pik-Bear‘-the ultimate friend to all Pikmin!

Ardnahoe 於2018年開業，為艾雷島上第九家酒廠，位於供應酒廠水的艾德納霍湖（Loch Ardnahoe)附近。
隸屬於獨立裝瓶商Hunter Laing &Co.，由Stewart Laing 及其兒子Andrew 和 Scott創立。
酒廠設備上使用松木發酵桶，配有艾雷島上唯一的蟲桶冷凝器，目前市面上的產品皆為單一純麥。

Recently, the boss brought in some new 🆒cool stuff🆒. I highly recommend trying them by comparing the two cask types side by side. Below is a brief introduction to this distillery 🤓☝️

Ardnahoe was established in 2018 and is the ninth distillery on Islay, located near Loch Ardnahoe, the water source for the distillery.
It is owned by independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co., founded by Stewart Laing and his sons, Andrew and Scott.
The distillery uses wooden washbacks and is equipped with the only worm tub condensers on Islay.
All releases currently on the market are single malt Scotch whisky.
Ardnahoe Taiwan 2025 Selection 6YO 58.7%
Bourbon Barrel
Nose: Peaty smoke, herbal notes, floral aromas, vanilla, grapefruit peel.
Palate: Spicy and prickly, sea salt, peaty smoke, charred notes, ash, citrus chocolate.
Finish: Medium length, charred wood, cocoa, bright acidic fruit juice, apple peel, with a lingering tea-like sweetness.

Among them is a bottle from Inverleven, a now-closed distillery. It showcases the light-bodied, clean flavor profile typical of the Lowlands.
This was my first encounter with a bottling from this distillery, and it was genuinely surprising — it felt as if knowledge slipped into my brain in the most unexpected way every time I came across a new bottling🧠.

Nose: Honey, vanilla, syrup, orange peel, fresh oak, banana
Palate: Orange peel oil, tropical fruits, bitterness, nuts, walnut
Finish: Medium-long, apple peel, toasted wood, tannins, with a Jin Xuan (Milk Oolong) tea–like character
