今天來點不一樣的吧...「紅酒燉牛肉」:洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、培根、牛肉加入法國紅酒與香草烘烤3小時,讓紅酒慢慢入味於牛肉裡,最後再加入奶油蘑菇~ 將香甜的醬汁淋在馬鈴薯泥上,更是美味。

餐後,來個抹茶瑪德蓮(採用日本小山園抹茶粉)搭配一杯香濃的咖啡,讓此餐劃下完美的句點。

Bœuf Bourguignon is a classic French dish. Not only the beef is tender, but also full of flavor. And don’t forget about the juice, it goes so well with mashed potato as well.

To make a perfect ending for the meal, a classic French dessert is a must...matcha madeleines~

採用100%來自秘魯的可可粉做成綿密的巧克力蛋糕,夾上自製藍莓果醬(有機的喔~還有顆粒😁)與香草鮮奶油

Since my almond tuiles are not in an arch shape, maybe I should just call them “almond cookies” instead. 😉 But they still taste superb and irresistible...crispy, light and of course, the smell in the air~

餅乾口感的塔皮,搭配自製的香草卡士達醬,放上新鮮酸酸甜甜的草莓,擠上香草鮮奶油,再灑上雪白的糖粉~

酸味十足的檸檬餡,搭配孕婦與小朋友都能食用的蛋白糖霜,讓偏酸的檸檬塔增添了甜甜的口味,再灑上新鮮的檸檬皮~

Cookie texture tart crust filled with vanilla custard, topped with sweet and sour fresh strawberries, garnished with vanilla whipped cream and snowy powder sugar~
