今天來點不一樣的吧...「紅酒燉牛肉」:洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、培根、牛肉加入法國紅酒與香草烘烤3小時,讓紅酒慢慢入味於牛肉裡,最後再加入奶油蘑菇~ 將香甜的醬汁淋在馬鈴薯泥上,更是美味。
餐後,來個抹茶瑪德蓮(採用日本小山園抹茶粉)搭配一杯香濃的咖啡,讓此餐劃下完美的句點。
