以南乳細細醃漬入味，高溫酥炸至金黃酥脆，外皮薄脆、肉質依舊多汁，豆乳自然的鹹香與微微甘甜，越吃越涮嘴。搭配氣泡酒或拉格啤酒，清爽又過癮。

｜義式煙花女辣炒中卷｜
靈感來自經典義大利 Puttanesca，以鯷魚、酸豆、黑橄欖與番茄堆疊鮮味，再加入新鮮中卷與辣椒大火快炒。鹹、酸、辣交錯，每一口都充滿張力，也讓酒的果香更加鮮活。
