能夠搭調酒的肉粽!春酒吧「粽夏套餐」全新登場
春酒吧的主廚擅長把台灣的傳統味道,
重新設計成適合佐酒的料理。
蚵仔煎、藥膳排骨、烤玉米,
在這裡都有了另一種樣貌。
這次端午,主廚把這份巧思放進了肉粽,捨棄糯米,改用義大利米,
口感更輕盈,也少了傳統粽子的負擔。
內餡是栗子、花生、鹹蛋黃、乾香菇與油蔥,
再以月桃葉煙燻,封存那股熟悉又獨特的粽香。

Our chef at Chun Bar has a knack for reinventing classic Taiwanese flavors
into dishes made for pairing with a good drink.
Oyster omelets, herbal pork ribs, grilled corn —
each takes on a new form here.
This Dragon Boat Festival, he turns that craft to the rice dumpling.
In place of sticky rice, we use Italian risotto rice — lighter on the palate, free of the usual heaviness.
Filled with chestnut, peanut, salted egg yolk, dried shiitake and fried shallot, then smoked over shell ginger leaves to seal in that familiar yet distinctive aroma.
Paired with a refreshing Gin Tonic, the festival takes on a whole new shape.
