酒食堂 這一碗拉麵包含了固執和堅持，又同時擁有隨和與變通
熬湯的材料其實很普通，大骨、魚乾、小管、蛤蠣…..。天冷了，會加很多湯頭的好朋友-高麗菜，過年後會加入大量恆春的落山風洋蔥，【虎尾町】的湯，依四季變換而生，沒有一套標準，只有美味是我們唯一的要求。
【虎尾】是許多人的家鄉 【町】一個充滿故事的地方。
