THE ART OF JAPANESE COCKTAIL
10.28 Guest Shift｜林幸一 at Ailìse Bar

日本雞尾酒，不只有東京的一種樣子。
來自長野縣松本市的林幸一老師，於1998年創立MAIN BAR COAT，並在2001年獲得日本全國調酒師技能競技大會總冠軍。多年來，他也是推動松本酒吧文化的重要人物。

10 月 28 日，林幸一老師將來到OKU Hotel - Ailìse Bar客座。這一晚在臺中，透過他調製的雞尾酒，體驗來自松本的日本調酒藝術。

本場客座為THE ART OF JAPANESE COCKTAIL系列活動之一。當晚也將展出參與企劃的日本酒吧與調酒師照片，讓我們從一杯酒，認識吧台後的人與城市。

From Matsumoto, Japan, Koichi Hayashi joins Ailìse Bar for one night.

The founder of MAIN BAR COAT and the overall winner of Japan’s 2001 National Bartenders’ Technical Skills Competition, Hayashi has played a part in shaping Matsumoto’s bar culture.

On October 28, take a seat at our bar and discover another side of Japanese cocktail culture through his drinks.

This guest shift is part of THE ART OF JAPANESE COCKTAIL. Photographs of the participating Japanese bars and bartenders will also be on display throughout the evening.

合歡山清晨的第一縷冰冷霧氣，
武陵農場的植物清新，
鎮瀾宮前的裊裊香火，
還有高美濕地的一道餘暉。

旅行讓我們看見世界，也讓我們重新看見自己從哪裡出發。
於是這趟從雨與霧開始，穿過熱與光、城市、記憶與夢境的旅程，
最後回到了中台灣。

不是結束，
是回家。

走得越遠，越能看清自己從何出發。

Chapter V · Homeward

After travelling far enough,
the places we miss most
are often the ones we have always known.

The first light over Hehuan Mountain,
the scent of the forests in Wuling,
incense rising before Zhenlan Temple,
and the last glow of the day over Gaomei Wetlands.

Travel allows us to see the world,
but it also reminds us where we came from.
And so, the journey that began with rain and mist,
moving through heat and light, cities, memories and dreams,
finally finds its way back to central Taiwan.
Not an ending.
Simply, a return home.

The farther we travel,
the more clearly we see where we began.

我們記得一些，忘記一些
剩下的，交給夢境重新排列

當現實漸漸遠去，

Chapter IV · Memory & Dreams

When a journey ends,
our memories rarely remain in the order they happened.
A pink rabbit disappearing beneath a skirt,
a teacup spinning endlessly,
an island preserved beneath glass.
Fragments of reality begin to overlap,
and familiar scenes take on unfamiliar forms.
We remember some things,
forget others,
and leave the rest for dreams to rearrange.
As reality slowly fades,
the journey moves deeper into memory.
