以禾遠酒廠的紫米蒸餾酒為核心，
紫米的穀香鋪底，

Built on He Yuan Purple Rice Spirit,
the earthy aroma of purple rice forms the base,
while gentle grape sweetness and bright cranberry acidity intertwine.
Lemon zest brings a refreshing outline,
and verbena leaves a clean herbal finish.

以合力勇氣琴酒為核心，
琴酒的杜松骨架承接新鮮蘋果的清脆，
荔枝的柔甜在口中緩緩展開。
茉莉花與四季春茶交織出清雅茶香，

Built on He Li Courage Gin,
the juniper backbone supports the crispness of fresh apple,
while lychee’s gentle sweetness unfolds slowly on the palate.
Jasmine and Four Seasons tea weave elegant floral notes,
and bergamot essence brightens the overall profile,
leaving a clean, delicate finish.

A cocktail light as rice water yet layered,

以白水芳華高粱系列「蘭亭曲」為基底，
紅心芭樂與荔枝果帶出甜美果香，

以舜堂東方美人茶酒為核心，

酒廠系列 ｜ 中福酒廠

以中福米酒為主體，
米香乾淨直白，
蔓越莓的酸度勾勒風味輪廓，
木瓜的柔甜讓酒體更加圓潤。
黑麥汁堆疊出深度，
海鹽收斂甜感，
最後以馬告收尾，
留下帶著柴魚感的辛香尾韻。

一杯從日常米酒出發，

Distillery Series｜Zhong Fu Distillery

Built on Zhong Fu rice wine,
clean and straightforward rice aromas form the base.
Cranberry acidity defines the structure,
while papaya adds gentle sweetness and roundness.
Rye malt builds depth,
sea salt tightens the sweetness,
and makauy finishes the drink
with a savory, smoky spice reminiscent of dried bonito.

A cocktail that begins with everyday rice wine,
and gradually unfolds into layers of Taiwanese terroir.

以恆器硬地瓜酒為主軸，

以鴻興丸琴酒為核心，
新鮮葡萄的柔甜，呼應蔓越莓的明亮酸感，
