1983 yılında İzmir’de Konik Vana ve Buhar Vanası imalatı ile faliyete başlayıp, bugün Kelebek Vana başta olmak üzere İğne Vana, Çekvalfler, Vantuz ve Demontaj parçalarını üretmektedir. Kurulduğundan bu güne ‘ Kalite’ temel ilkesiyle hizmet vermektedir. ÖZKAN MAKİNA 2011 yılı itibariyle tüm dünyada adını duyuran Hawle grubu çatısı altında faliyetlerine devam etmekde olup 2015 yılı itibariyle de ürün gamına yepyeni bir vanayı dahil ederek, Sürgülü Vana üretmeye başlamıştır. Ürün çeşitliliği, deneyimi, projelere özel üretimi, zamanında teslim performansı ve her daim bir üst segmentteki kaliteyi hedeflemesi ÖZKAN MAKİNA’yı öne çıkaran ve tercih edilir yapan özelliklerdir.

İSKİ Çözüm Ortaklarımızı Fabrikamızda Ağırladık

İSKİ’nin yürüttüğü projeler kapsamında üretilen ürünlerin fabrika kabul testlerini tesislerimizde gerçekleştirdik. Test süreci kapsamında İSKİ’den değerli çözüm ortaklarımızı ve İSKİ partnerimiz Atak Grup’tan Sn. Murat Yolaçan’ı fabrikamızda ağırlamaktan memnuniyet duyduk.

Gerçekleştirilen fabrika ziyaretleri boyunca misafirlerimize Öz-Kan Makina Satış Direktörümüz Sn. Onur Ceylan eşlik ederken, ürünlerimizin üretim süreçleri ve fabrika kabul testleri hakkında teknik değerlendirmelerde bulunuldu.

Test sürecine katkı sağlayan tüm ekiplerimize ve bizleri ziyaret ederek süreçte yer alan değerli İSKİ heyetine teşekkür ederiz. Güçlü iş birlikleri ve karşılıklı güvenle, altyapının geleceğine değer katmaya devam ediyoruz.

Discover the features and advantages of Slanted Seat Check Valves with Hydraulic Damper!

• In order to prevent impacts at the pump stations, Slanted Seat Check Valves can be equipped with a hydraulic damper on request.
• The hydraulic damper is active in the last 10% of the closing movement.
• In case of power failure at the pumping station, the valve closes very quickly until it reaches the hydraulic damper and the backflow during closing is kept to a minimum.
• It is one of the best check valve types that can be used in cases where the return of pump fans is critical.
• The damping effect is adjusted according to the pump and operating conditions by means of an internal throttling valve.

Denizli’de Pipe Saddle Montajları Başladı!

Denizli’de yürütülen altyapı çalışmaları kapsamında kullanılacak Iso Fittings bağlantılı Pipe Saddle ürünlerimizin montajına başlandı. Toplam 1.500 adet ürünün kullanılacağı projede, saha uygulamaları ekiplerimizin desteğiyle devam ediyor.

Montaj sürecinde Bölge Satış Uzmanımız Sn. Bahadır Yüksel ve Servis Müdürümüz Sn. Mehmet Denizci, saha çalışmalarına teknik destek sağlayarak sürecin başarılı bir şekilde ilerlemesine katkıda bulundu.

Discover the features and advantages of Slanted Seat Check Valves!

As a design feature of Slanted Seat Check Valves, the closing surface makes an angle with the vertical surface and accordingly, the closing angle and time are reduced. These check valves can be used for all applications where backflow is not desired.

• Betler closing characteristics due to the small swing angle of the valve.
• Closing time is less than other check valve types.
• Low bearing friction due to no shaft coming out of the body.
• No lever and counterweight required. Therefore, there are no dangerous moving parts.
• Metal to metal or rubber sealing ring design.

Sivas İçmesuyu Şebekesi SCADA Sistemi Genişletilmesi Projesi kapsamında, Sivas Su ve Kanalizasyon İdaresi Genel Müdürlüğü ve TBM Endüstri Otomasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ekiplerini Öz-Kan Makina olarak fabrikamızda ağırlamaktan memnuniyet duyduk.

Gerçekleştirilen fabrika ziyareti kapsamında, proje dahilinde kullanılacak ürünlerimizin test, muayene ve teknik incelemeleri gerçekleştirilerek ürünlerimiz ve üretim süreçlerimiz hakkında detaylı teknik değerlendirmelerde bulunuldu. Ziyaret boyunca ekiplerimize Yurt İçi Satış Uzmanımız Sn. Bahadır Yüksel eşlik etti.

Altyapı projelerinde güvenilir ve uzun ömürlü çözümler sunma hedefimiz doğrultusunda, proje paydaşlarımızla gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu tür teknik buluşmaların bilgi paylaşımını ve iş birliğini güçlendirdiğine inanıyoruz.

It's !

Needle Valves are valves designed for flow control and regulation applications. Some shut-off valves such as Butterfly Valve, Gate Valve are also used for adjustment purposes, but these valves are unsuitable for continuous adjustment. The working life of Gate Valves and Butterfly Valves used continuously at high pressure differences and for adjustment purposes will be shortened and damage will occur quickly. Another feature of regulating valves is the control characteristic.

At the inlet of the Needle Valve, the flow is diverted to the internal structure of the body, which narrows smoothly in the ring cross-section and from the inlet to the outlet. The ring cross-section of Needle Valves is maintained throughout the entire closing movement of the piston, which makes Needle Valves ideal control valves. The axial movement of the plunger controls the outlet port of the valve in a linear characteristic.
