Woman is the shared name of those who beautify the world with their labor,
who give life through motherhood,
who try to stand strong despite violence,
and who have been taken from us because of violence.
Today is the day of working women, mothers, women who suffer violence, and those who lost their lives due to violence.
We honor them with respect and continue to grow the hope for a world where women can live without fear.
