After 7 fun years Amy’s Bar will be closing for good this evening. After having idris, and my dad passing away we have realised we would like to spend more time together as a family and focus on our rental properties and boat trips.
Yusuf and I have made some brilliant friends and great memories over the years and thank everyone for their support.
Yusuf has worked in the bar for over 17 years as Leon's Bar and then Amy’s. Yusuf and I met in this bar 10 years ago and then idris took his first steps here too. My dad Mick loved to sit in the bar and made many great friends over the years. Friday night darts night was some of his and our happiest times in the bar.
The bar will become home to Murat’s bag shop.
Thanks again everyone for the last 7 years.
