CaféTurc Music & Arts olarak, 19 - 21 Mart tarihleri arasında Marsilya’da düzenlenecek dünya müzikleri fuarı Babel Music XP’de standımızla yer alıyoruz.
1996 yılında Paris’te kurulan CaféTurc, yaklaşık otuz yıldır Türkiye müziklerini uluslararası alanda tanıtmaktadır. Dünyanın dört bir yanından fuara katılacak olan müzik profesyonellerini; Türkiye’nin zengin kültürel mirasını ve halk müziği, urban müzik, caz ve klasik alanlarındaki güncel sahneyi keşfetmeleri için standımızda ağırlayacağız.

CaféTurc ayrıca 2005 yılında Ege kıyısında Karagöz Sanat Evi'ni açmıştır. Ayvalık’ta faaliyet gösteren sanat merkezimiz; müzik, sahne sanatları ile uluslararası masterclass ve atölyelere adanmış bir üretim ve buluşma alanıdır.

The Derviches Tourneurs d’Istanbul ensemble, managed by Cafeturc Music Arts, continues to perform on some of the world’s most prestigious stages.

In the layered time of Rajasthan, where sound rises beneath the shadows of ancient fortresses, past and present resonate together.

Bringing the refined musical heritage of Anatolia and Istanbul to Jodhpur and Nagaur is not merely a performance — it is the echo of a living memory carried across geographies.

Liman is the extraordinary meeting of three major musicians of the current Turkish scene: Cem Yildiz, Ramazan Sesler, and Ismail Peşluk. Together, they offer a true "electro-traditional" exploration based on the richness of Turkish folk music heritage, spanning from Istanbul to the Black Sea shores, through the valleys of Anatolia and the Aegean coast.

Gifted with breathtaking virtuosity, they bring to life the atmosphere of Bosphorus taverns, Anatolian melodies, Gypsy and Balkan rhythms, and the zeybek dances of the Aegean Sea. An initiatory, festive and hypnotic journey through a magnificent geography at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Mediterranean.

Musiques électro-traditionnelles de Turquie

Liman est la rencontre exceptionnelle de 3 grands musiciens de la scène actuelle turque : Cem Yildiz, Ramazan Sesler et Ismail Peşluk. Ensemble, ils proposent une véritable exploration « électro-traditionnelle » basée sur la richesse du patrimoine musical turc populaire, d’Istanbul aux bords de la mer Noire, en passant par les vallées de l’Anatolie et la côte égéenne.

Dôtés d’une virtuosité hallucinante, ils font vivre l’atmosphère des tavernes du Bosphore, les mélodies anatoliennes, rythmes tsiganes et balkaniques ou danses zeybek de la mer Égée… Un voyage initiatique, festif et hypnotique dans une géographie sublime au carrefour de l’Europe, de l’Asie et de la Méditerranée.

Clarinettiste virtuose, RAMAZAN SESLER est à l’image d’une Corne d’Or cosmopolite. Son style musical mêle la délicatesse des maqâms aux rythmes des Balkans, évoquant les ambiances festives et nostalgiques des tavernes stambouliotes.
C’est une histoire familiale qu’il nous donne à entendre, celle qui débute en Grèce puis, suite à l’échange de populations gréco-turc en 1922, se poursuit à Keşan en Turquie, puis à Istanbul et sur les scènes internationales.
Fils du légendaire Selim Sesler, le clarinettiste reprend une partie du répertoire paternel aux côtés de compositions personnelles et d’une sélection de morceaux populaires et classiques turcs. Ses mélopées sont autant de promesses d’un envoûtant voyage, de la Thrace aux reflets dorés du Bosphore.
