What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of frozen drinks, cocktails, and beverages.
• Assist in designing signature drinks and seasonal specials.
• Maintain inventory, manage stock, and ensure the bar runs smoothly.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and quality standards at all times.
• Contribute to the fun and vibrant atmosphere that makes Slush unique.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a bartender, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mixology skills and a creative flair for crafting standout drinks.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• A positive attitude, energetic personality, and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
